"Thank you, I like your name too....it sounds neat." She said. Getting compliments always put her in a good mood, not that she had been in a bad mood before.
"Wow thats really...cool." She said giving him a grin back. Cool was a word that she almost never used since her parents thought it was unproper, but now she finally realized that her parents wouldn't be around anymore to tell her when she was screwing up.
Aurora followed behind him but caught up to him so that she was walking beside him, since she had to show him the way out of there. "So where do you live? I might know how to get there, I do a lot of wondering around."

Zeque just smiled at her comment on his name. He liked it too, he liked that other people usually found it weird. Her name was more odd though, he had never heard it. But that was a good thing. He thought odd names where far more fun then common ones like John or Jenny.
"Was it?" He asked, giving a boyish giggle, "To me its just like turning on a torch." Just to make the point, he turned and waved his hand from side to side a few times, fingers curled an imaginary torch. The little flame danced back and forth at the same time as he moved his hand, the same way as the light from a torch would, then when he stopped it continued floating along between them as it had been before.
Maybe she could learn magic. She looked a little... well gothic, and a fair few goths he had met had an interest in spells and things. Then she asked where he lived and he forgot about what he had just been thinking for the moment. "I live in the woods" That was all she needed to know, it was actually more then he would like a stranger to know, but she was a stranger who knew the way there. Wanting to change she subject, and also slightly annoyed that he couldn't work it out for himself, the witch asked; "Who are you?... You look familiar for some reason."

He made it sound so minimal but to her it was still neat. Being able to create fire seemed like it would come in use one time or another. It certainly was while they were walking back towards the woods, it made everything much easier since she didn't have to walk slowly and try to not fall over her own feet in the dark.
Well she had kind of figured out that he lived in the woods and she was about to pursue the subject further. Getting ready to speak she stopped herself as she realized that maybe he didn't want to tell her where he lived. She couldn't think of any reason why he would want to do that, but he had been kind of paranoid before so it wasn't that much of a surprise.
"I'm a princess" She responded hating how little girlish it sounded. Why couldn't she have a more adult title. "I also kind of got this nickname, Sleeping Beauty...a lot of people in the kingdom referred to me as that." She didn't really know how to explain any further who she was. Anyways if he wanted to know more he could just ask.

A Princess. Well that would explain why she looked better dressed then most town folk and well looked after. He would have seen her pictures then. Trying to think back, a picture on the cover of a newspaper he had seen in a store came to mind. "Prince Phillips wife..." Yes that was it, the day of there wedding the couple had been all over the papers in town.
He had also heard that nickname before. Sleeping beauty. So this was the girl that Maleficent had tried to put a spell on? He couldn't remember what it was, something to do with a spinning wheel, he generally tended to zone out and stop listening when other witches tried to talk to him about evil spells they had cast. OK Maleficent was a sorceress, not a witch, but close enough. He didn't really see what Maleficent had against this girl though, she seemed nice enough.

When he recognized her, she nodded silently. Technically she wasn't really his wife anymore, but she wasn't sure how good it would sound if she said that she had killed him. Though the guilt was slowly starting to set in, she couldn't help but feel happy about the fact that she didn't have a husband anymore. It wasn't very much fun to have been married off when she so young and not even given the chance to meet other people. Aurora had never thought it was weird until she noticed that other people were free to date and marry whoever they wanted. "He died." She said quickly, just wanting to say it loud.
Things around her started to look more and more familier, it had taken much shorter of a time to find the way out of there than she had thought. "There I'm sure this is back in the woods. Does anything look familier to you?" She asked.

The witch bit his lip and wished that he had not said that out loud. It probably was not something she would want to talk about. "I'm sorry..." He said, looking from her down to the floor, then straight ahead again.
He went into his own thoughts for a short while as they walked. Hearing the Aurora had lost her husband had brought back a few thoughts of his own past. Things he did not usually like to think about. He looked at her when she spoke, then around the woods. "Yeah" He nodded his head and smiled. "I know where we are now... thank you"

"Don't be sorry, I'm not." She said keeping her eyes ahead of her. Really she wasn't in even the least bit feeling to sorry for him. He should have known sooner or later she would snap and do something back. No bad deeds go unpunished.
"So I guess you'll go off now." She said stopping and looking over at him. She looked up at the trees, it was quite dark now, she would have to find somewhere soon. If she really had to she could just go back to the castle. Aurora knew she could come up with somekind of lie for her parents and everyone else. There was no way she was going to admit that she had killed him, unless they already knew...

That was a strange thing for someone who had lost there lover to say. It must have been quite recently, otherwise he would have heard about it on his trips down into town. "oh...ok" He didn't go any further into it then that. She wasn't sorry, he didn't need to know why.
At first he nodded his head and told her "Thanks again", then started off in the direction of home. But after a few steps the witch paused. Some people didn't show it when they where sad. It was a bit of a stab in the dark her but maybe the girl could use some company. "Uh Aurora... you wanna come over n... talk or something for a bit?" Well what did he have to loose? It wasn't as if he would ever see her again even if she said no.

She got rid of all thoughts about him out of her head, he wasn't even worth her thinking about him. Plus she should have been more concentrated on the conversation she was having at the moment. Not even wanting to go into why she wasn't sorry she yet again just kept quiet, best keep things like that secret until she knew people better.
"You're welcome." She said brightly with a smile. It felt good to help another person, but now she needed a little help herself. Seeing him start to walk off she looked around and tried to figure out how to get back to the castle, she might as well chance it and go home. Everything wasn't looking to familier but she was confident that she could find her way.
When he spoke she turned around to him. "Sure I would love to, but you're actually trusting me now...how come?" She asked. Before it seemed like he didn't even want her to know that he lived in the woods, but now he was inviting her to go and talk at wherever he lived. She was wondering what brought upon the change of heart.
